  • New Home Construction Inspection: helps the client and builder head-off deficiencies as they occur, solving glitches before they become major problems. Based on warranty periods of Ontario New Home Warranty Program, there are 3 major inspections recognized by Tarion, (O.N.H.W.P.), regulations:
    P.D.I. (Pre – Delivery Inspection): / 30 – Day Period; taking possession of a new home is a best time to record defects in respect to any claims which may have to be pursued, as well as a future maintenance plan and familiarization with home systems.
    End of the First Year: recognition of all remaining deficiencies on the end of the first year from the time of possession.
    End of the Second Year: as above but with stress on unfinished items reported in previous warranty periods.
  • Radon Inspection: Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas formed from the radioactive decay of Uranium found in rocks and soil. Elevated Radon levels and long term exposure in a home or building are considered health hazards.

    All services include infrared thermographic inspection.
